That’s the group that I’m creating and interviewing women now, who would like to be a part of that very, very exclusive group of only 10 women. 10. That’s it. That’s what we’re starting with. What are we gonna do?
Well, there’s lots of stuff we’re gonna do and you can check out Maynestreet.com and take a look at everything that’s included in that program. But what I really want to focus on right now as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and a Certified Hypnotist, and aLifelong Dieter. And someone who’s been working with women for the last several years about weight, is the fact that we’re gonna talk to each other. We’re gonna share tips. We’re gonna share recipes. Well, I’m not gonna share recipes because I don’t cook, but we will share recipes. We’re gonna talk about triggers. We’re gonna talk about self-sabotage and here’s something else we’re gonna talk about
And the strange thing is we don’t talk about menopause a lot. We say, oh, I’m having a hot flash or something like that. One of the subjects we really don’t talk about is intimacy and the changes that happen during menopause, relative to intimacy. Well, if I have got 10 women together, 11 with me, we are going to help each other. And the main goal here is for you to take back control, to feel confident, to feel like you really are in your skin. Again, Women, Weight, and Menopause.
