Hmmm, maybe not so much, huh?
Hi, I’m Debbie Harris. I’m the Co-Founder of Maynestreet Weight Loss. And one of the things that I am so committed to, it’s helping women who are in perimenopause, menopause and post menopause with excess weight.
Now, not only excess weight but all those other fun things that come along with menopause. You know what I’m talking about? The hot flashes, the night sweats, the mood swings, all of that fun stuff. And I have to tell you, when I was going through all that, every single week I had a new plan. I had seen something on social media, read something on Google, somebody suggested something, and I would go to my husband every week and I would say, should I take this? Should I try this? His answer was always the same. Take everything.
Now, I know, right? I’m not sure any of it made a difference. And for me, really, the worst part was the excess weight. I found the answer to that and I truly believe that women are best at helping each other. So there’s a new group forming for 10 women who want to experience weight loss, minimizing menopause symptoms, and just overall feeling better and feeling back in control. There’ll be information with this video. I hope you’re one of those women. We are going to take back control.
